UNISA is recruiting for Online Teaching Assistants | APPLY NOW

Unisa College of Education is inviting applications from university students and recent graduates for the 2023 Internship Programme.

The invitation is to unemployed South African citizens with no formal work experience.

  • Duration : 12 Months
  • Stipend  : R102 311 p.a (For Graduates) and  R74 767 p.a (For 3rd and fourth year Undergraduates)

Qualification Requirements:

  • 3rd year, 4th year or completed Bachelor Education in Senior and Further Education and Training (Computer Application Technology Qualification Stream)
  • Completed Post Graduate Certification in Education in Senior Phase FET Training (Information Computer Studies Qualification Stream)
    • Completed Advanced Diploma in Computer Integration Education
    • Relevant Completed National Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in ICT plus any PGCE in progress or completed
  • All relevant qualifications (referred to below) either in progress or completed must be those of Unisa.

Skills:

  • Computer literacy
  • Good interpersonal relations; communication skills
    • Sense of commitment, responsibility, and punctuality Ability to take initiative, work in a team both under supervision and independently
      • The ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail and go the extra mile
    • Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines
    • Proficiency in English (Verbal and written)
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
