· The primary focus is on Financial Operations in relation to Retirement Fund Product Administration
· Identify and implement processes and process control improvements
· Ensure all recons are accurate, reviewed and signed off on time
· Continuous improvement of Administration Platform (TAU) system
· Effective capacity planning
· Adherence to service level agreements
· Improved Automation and integration of processes – automation is a key focus area
· Manage Asset Liability Reconciliation Process
· Effective management multi-manager pricing process (Interlink)
· Effective capacity planning for area
· Effective Management of Employment Costs
· Minimize operational losses/risks
· Effective relationship/credibility building with business units
· Delivery of TCF outcomes at all levels
· KPI contracting & performance management with staff
· Training driven through skills matrix
Minimum requirements:
· B.Com-Economics/Accounting/Investment Management
· Postgraduate qualification highly advantageous
· Minimum 6-8 Years Operations Experience within an Investment Company (LISP or Investment Manager)
