Capitec Bank learnerships are available to South African matriculants who have completed or are completing Grade 12.
The application is open until further notice and applications will be looked at on an ongoing basis after the closing date. Applicants between 18 and 25 years old are eligible to apply for a Capitec Bank learnership.

Capitec Bank Learnership Programme Requirements
To qualify for the Capitec Bank Learnership Programme, you need to have:
- Matric certificate.
- N3 and above.
- At least one year of relevant work experience (in any field).
