UNAUTHORISED CELL PHONE NUMBER CHANGE
#COVID19SRD Should a client receive an SMS indicating that their mobile number has changed, but they did not initiate the change, they are urged to click on the link provided in the SMS to report an unauthorized cell phone number change or call 0800 60 10 11
NB: The link provided will be unique, if one types an ID number that does not match the link it will indicate “fail”
AMENDED COVID-19 SRD REGULATIONS
• Clients are urged not to repeatedly change their bank details on the SRD website, as the account will have to be verified each time a change is made- which may delay payment for such clients.
• It is recommended that clients open their own bank accounts with an institution of their choice as it will assist them to take ownership of their funds and collection
