PURPOSE
The purpose of this qualification is to prepare a learner to operate as a visual merchandiser. A visual merchandiser plans, develops and displays merchandise visually in order to create and maintain interest in the chosen target market and promote sales.
A qualified learner will be able to:

- Maintain and evaluate visual merchandising displays

Module 3: Maintain and Evaluate Visual Merchandising Plans
- Concepts and principles of maintaining and evaluating visual merchandising displays

- Dress the display/window

Product Display and Inventory:
- Manage in-store product displays, maintain inventory levels, and ensure timely restocking.
Sales Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Product Promotion:
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive sales and engagement.
Supplier Relations:
- Negotiate with suppliers, manage product pricing, and ensure timely delivery.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer feedback, and maintain a positive brand image.
