About the Pepkor Lifestyle Learnership

This learnership is ideal for HR graduates who are passionate about customer service, eager to learn, and ready to step into the dynamic world of wholesale and retail. The programme combines theoretical modules with hands-on experience in Pepkor Lifestyle stores.

Learnership Modules and In-Store Training Includes:

•     Assisting customers on the shop floor (Customer service)
•     Merchandising, marketing, and maintaining store displays
•     Learning English and Math fundamentals
•     Processing payments and transactions using a POS system
•     Understanding the wholesale and retail business environment
•     Opening new customer accounts
•     Managing stock and minimising stock losses
